How do I sign up for a user account?

You cannot do that.
Only a debate.online administrator can register a new member.
If you wish to become a member you must contact debate.

How can I login, if I cannot remember my username or password?

If you have forgotten your username or password, click on 'Forgot Password', at the bottom of the Login page. This takes you to the 'Request Password' page. Fill in your email address and click on [Send Password] button.
Your login data will be sent to you immediately.
