At Debate we adapt our educational programs to the specific aims and developmental needs of your company. That is to say that you set the general content, the duration, the frequency and the location of the lessons. Consequently, the groups formed are flexible in all the aspects of learning so as to meet your expectations to the maximum.

Taking into consideration the requirements of the business world today, we have fully organized the teaching of English, French, German and Greek to business executives who work in Germany or in Greece.

On the strength of our already positive results in the teaching of these languages, we have expanded our operations in the teaching of Spanish, Italian, Russian, Turkish, Arabic and Chinese.

Additionally, we are able to teach terminology in Law, Medicine, Pharmacology, Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Commerce, Investments, Business and Finance and undertake to provide the necessary material: supporting teaching material (audiovisual, additional texts and exercises), technical support for teaching (CD players, tape recorders, laptops) and stationery (notepads, folders, pens, etc.).

Analysis: At a meeting, you set the standards and you explain to us what exactly your needs are and what level you would like your employees or even you to reach concerning the language of your choice. We then suggest the procedure and administer a diagnostic test to those involved. Next, we group them according to ability.

Planning: For every group, we determine

the teaching material based on the given time and specific grammar and vocabulary skills you or your employees should acquire. To ensure that we live up to your expectations, we make full use of our library and database which are

constantly updated.

Procedure Lessons: Our educational method comprises and combines functional and structural learning. We aim to teach through communication and speaking and not through memorization of vocabulary and mere presentation of grammar rules. So we elicit those by means of a dialogue, an interview, an everyday situation. Our specialized and experienced teachers make every effort to ensure familiarity with what is going on business wise internationally.

Evaluation: Your company will be informed on the progress as well as on class participation for each group in writing on a regular basis. At the end of each program, there will be an oral and written test and the participants will receive attendance certificates as well as detailed reports on their progress and the language skills they acquired. It is the primary concern that each participant consolidates and enriches their knowledge. To that end, we see that they are receiving extra exercises and support material so as not to lose touch with the language during breaks.
